The California Association of Meat Processors exists to enhance your professionalism and to improve your performance in business.
Plants have also changed drastically since the beginning. In the early days they were primarily used for storage, but today processors not only cut meat but process it further into specialty meats and 'ready to eat' products.
The California Association of Meat Processors holds an annual convention each year where members can attend educational seminars, table top trade shows, and take part in the Cured Meats Competition.
